Winter, Sabarimala Specials announced
Chennai, Oct 30 : Southern Railway today announced the following Winter and Sabarimala Specials to clear the extra rush of passengers.
Train No 0668 Madurai-Chennai Central Winter Special will leave Madurai at 2140 hrs on Thursdays from November 19 to January 14 and arrive Chennai Central at 0825 hrs, the next day.
Train No 0667 Chennai Central-Madurai Winter Special will leave Chennai Central at 1805 hrs on Sundays from November 22 to January 17 and arrive Madurai at 0445 hrs, the next day.
The specials would go via Dindigul, Karur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi and Arakkonam.
Train No 0670 Trichy-Chennai Central Winter Special will leave Trichy at 2245 hrs on Sundays from November 15 to December 17 and arrive Chennai Central at 0825 hrs, the next day.
Train No 0669 Chennai Central-Trichy Winter Special will leave Chennai Central at 2030 hrs on Wednesdays from November 18 to January 20 and arrive Tiruchirapalli at 0530 hrs, the next day.
The specials would go via Karur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi and Arakkonam.
The Sabarimala Special Train No 0655 Chennai Central-Kollam Special will leave Chennai Central at 1515 hrs on Fridays November 20 to January 15 and arrive Kollam at 0530 hrs, the next day.
