Aayirathil Oruvan to hit the theatres on 20th of February

After being into cold storage for eight long years, Kalabhavan Mani starrer Aavirathil Oruvan is finally about to hit the theatres.

Directed by Sibi Malayil, the flick is said to be a family entertainer. In Aayirathil Oruvan, Kalabhavan Mani plays the role of a village ration shop owner, who is struggling to repay a loan borrowed for his sister's marriage from a money lender, who charges usurious interest. Amazingly the film written by T. A. Razak may not have released but it has already been honoured by a Kerala State Award for Best Story in 2002. Sujatha is playing the female main lead. Aayirathil Oruvan also has Janardanan, Salim Kumar, K.P.A.C. Lalitha and Tamil comedian Senthil in the cast.
