Peanut Rice Recipe

 

Ingredients:

• 3 Cups Long Grained Rice

• 1 Cup Grated Coconut

• 2 Cups Peanuts

• 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds

• 1 Tsp Channa Dhal

• 1 Tsp Urad Dhal

• 2 Or 3 Curry Leaves

• 4 Red Chilies

• 2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder

• Oil to Fry

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Boil rice in adequate water so that it is not sticky.

• Fry peanuts and coarsely powder in a mixer.

• Heat oil and add mustard seeds.

• Add channa dhal, urad dal and fry till dals turn golden brown colour.

• Add red chillies, grated coconut and fry for a while.

• Add peanut powder, rice and garam masala powder. Mix well.
