Strawberry and Raspberry Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

• 300 Gms Strawberries

• 300 Gms Raspberries

• 1 Cup Vinegar

• 2 Cups Water

• 1 Tsp Red Chili Pepper

• 2 Cups Sugar

• 2 Cardamoms

• 3 Tsp Salt

• 4 Tsp Raisins

• 6 Almonds

• 10 Dates

Method:

• Remove the shells of raspberries.

• Wash and cook raspberries in water under low flame till they become tender.

• Mash, add sugar, vinegar, crushed cardamoms, salt, red chili pepper, mashed strawberries, almonds, dates and raisins and cook till it becomes little thick.
