Harinder Pal Sandhu in Challenger series squash final
Chennai, Nov 20 : India's Harinder Pal Singh Sandhu raised his game to upset top seeded Andrew Wagih Shoukry of Egypt 11-3, 11-6, 11-7, to enter the final of the PSA Challenger Series squash tournament, here Friday.
Sandhu, coached by Malcom Willstrom of England, won his maiden Challenger title here in September, will take on James Snell, the second seed from England who defeated Ahmed Hawas of Egypt 11-3, 11-6, 11-7 in the other semi-final.
In the women's semi-final, top seeds Siti Munirah Jusoh of Malaysia beat Zoe Petrovansky, the fourth seed from Australia 11-5, 11-9, 13-11, and Fiona Moverley of England overcame compatriot Lauren Selby 11-4, 12-10, 11-5.
