Nurse found murdered
Kancheepuram, Nov 7 : A nurse working in a private hospital, was found murdered with her throat slit, near Chengalpattu bypass road in Kancheepuram district of Tamil Nadu today.
Police said the nurse, Vijay Banu (23), a native of Padalam, was working in a private hospital in Chengalpattu.
Her brother had filed a complaint with the police last night that she was yet to return home and was reported missing.
The police also received information that a body was found near the bypass road. It was later identified as that of the missing nurse.
The body was sent to Chengalpattu hospital for post-mortem.
