Mumbai businessman kills wife, children, himself

Mumbai, Nov 6 : A businessman killed his wife and two minor children before committing suicide at his flat in Bhandup at north-east Mumbai early Friday, police said.

A relative who had gone to meet the family Friday morning found no response when she knocked on the door. She then called the police, senior police inspector Vilas Shinde said.

The police broke open the door of the flat in Jalaram Park society of Sonapur area, to find the four bodies lying there.

The man has been identified as businessman Dinesh Jain and the others as his wife, daughter and son.

"So far, we do not know the motive behind the killings and the suicide, our investigations are on," Shinde said.
