Dry Dates Pickle Recipe


• 250 Grams Dry Dates

• 2 Tsp Red Chili Pepper

• 4 Tsp Coriander Powder

• 4 Tsp Aniseed Powder

• 2 Tsp White Cumin Powder

• 3/4 Cup Lemon Juice

• Salt to Taste


• Boil the dates and remove the stones.

• Allow the dates to dry.

• Mix all the powder Ingredients: with little salt and fill in the dates.

• Mix little salt with lemon juice and pour over the dates.

• Place the pickle in a closed jar for a week and shake the jar every day.

• The pickle can be served after a week.
