Ingredients: • ½ Cup Vermicelli • ½ Cup Water • 1½ Cup Milk • 1 Cup Sugar • 3 Tbsp Ghee • 3 Cardamom Pods • Cashew Nuts • Raisins
Method: • Heat 2 tbsp of ghee and fry vermicelli well. • Add water and cook the vermicelli. • Add sugar and stir well. • Add milk, fried cashews, raisins and cardamom powder and remove from fire.
