Pesarat Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Moong Dal

• 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds

• 3 Green Chilies

• Salt To Taste

Method:

• Soak Moon dal in plenty of water for 6 hours.

• Drain the water and grind it along with cumin seeds, water, salt and chilies into batter.

• Prepare dosas.
