Stuffed Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 Lb Chopped Mushrooms

• 1 Stick Butter

• 1/3 Cup Sweet Vermouth

• 1 Cup Plain Breadcrumbs

• 1 Onion

• 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Melt butter and fry onion.

• Add chopped stems, breadcrumbs and cheese and fry it till it turns brown lightly.

• Add sweet Vermouth and salt and mix well.

• Stuff it with mushroom

• Bake at 3500 F for 15 minutes.
