Zeetv is making an attempt to showcase the talent of special individuals and salute them for their outstanding achievements.
Celebrating the nation’s dancing talent doesn’t end with the grand finale of Lux Dance India Dance. Zee TV has taken this platform further to dedicate respect and honor to those who despite physical and social limitations have mastered special forms of art and thereby set a commendable example for the nation. Saluting such great display of strong will powers, Zee TV organized a show called Aashayein for these talented personalities.
Shaimak Davar’s Victory Arts Foundation’s students (a group of disabled and mentally challenged kids) performing on ‘Common Raju’. Divakar and Vasundhara of SaReGaMaPa Li’l Champs fame who sang to the tune of Yahan Ke hum Sikandar… and Koi Kahe…Child artist and stand-up comedian, Jai Chhanriya, had everyone in splits with his outstanding performance.
Joining them were our star participants from ‘Lux Dance India Dance’ Mayuresh, Khushboo and the winner, Salman Khan. While Mayuresh did a blind-fold act on the song - Naino Ki Mat Maniyo…, Khushboo and Salman performed a romantic act displaying emotions of physically disables on the ‘Soniyo…’
Raja Hasan of SaReGaMaPa fame sang Kailesh Kher’s popular number Allah Ke Bandhe… and the act by Sudha Chandran with Nityanand Das (who dances on one leg) left the audience mesmerized.
