Draw between the Mohammedans

Kolkata, Nov 27 (Indianfootball.com-IBNS): Calcutta giants Mohammedan Sporting Club were held to a one-all draw by small brothers Mohammedan AC in the Calcutta Premier League on Thursday.

The smaller of the Mohammedan's gave their bigger brothers a tough time, even taking the lead and came out of the match with a deserving point.

Seasoned Nigerian Saheed gave Mohammedan AC the lead in the 36th minute with a long range effort and his team took the lead into the break.

Shabbir Ali's substitution worked as only a minute after coming on Dipendu Biswas equalised for Mohammedan Sporting in the 57th minute. Dipendu scored after an Amritpal Singh freekick which he first headed onto the post and then scored of the rebounding ball of another header.

But Sporting couldn't score anymore and had to settle for a draw.
