RComm launches 2 new products under Simply Reliance Initiative
Mumbai, Nov 3 : Telecom major Reliance Communications today extended its Simply Reliance Initiative, offering single tariff rate across all services since October, with two new tariff variants, effective from November five.
These new variants aim to offer an all-round product portfolio under Simply Reliance Initiative, the Company stated in a release here.
It said as the current Indian telecom landscape evolves, the Company sees three distinct segments emerging in terms of call patters in the country: Short duration, Long duration and Standard Length Calls. In order to address the needs of these three distinct customer segments, Reliance has introduced one paise/second single call rate for short duration callers, Re one for three minutes call rate for long duration callers and it will continue offering 50p/minute tariff rate for standard callers.
Reliance is launching these plans across both its CDMA and GSM.
Commenting on the expansion of Simply Reliance Initiative, Reliance Communications President Mahesh Prasad, in the release, said, ''The launch of Simply Reliance Plan in October was very well received in the market, both by customers & trade. We now extend the Simply Reliance Initiative by offering two new products catering to varied customer needs with the same simplicity & unconditional transparency.'' Most of the competitive offers in reaction to Simply Reliance Initiative have fallen short with various restrictions, conditions and limited to calls on the same network in the home zone, Mr Prasad added.
