Speaker post: BJP MLA files nomination

New Delhi, Jan 2 : Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA from Janakpuri Jagdish Mukhi on Thursday filed his nomination for the post of Delhi Assembly Speaker.

AAP MLA from Jangpura Maninder Singh Dhir is also contesting for the post.

Mukhi is a former minister of Finance, Planning, Excise and Taxation and Higher Education in the Delhi government.
