SC gives 45 days to ED to complete investigation against Koda
New Delhi, Jan 29 : The Supreme Court today granted 45 days time to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for completing investigation against former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda in the money laundering case
Koda, who is presently in jail, is facing allegations of alleged involvement in about Rs 4,000 crore money laundering scam
ED is investigating investment made by Koda outside India
Koda had to resign as Jharkhand chief minister after he was charged with corruption and money laundering during his tenure as state chief minister
