Maha Assembly passes bill to enhance trust-based governance
Nagpur, Dec 10: The State Legislative Assembly on Wednesday unanimously passed the Maharashtra Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2025, which aims to decriminalise and rationalise certain offences under various state laws to further enhance trust-based governance for ease of living and ease of doing business in the state.
