DVD released of Kururshetra

During a function held on 16 January at Kochi to celebrate the 101st day of the film, Moser Baer Entertainment, India's No. 1 Home Entertainment Company, has released the DVD of army officer-turned-director Major Ravi's much-acclaimed Mohanlal starrer Kurukshetra.

The function was attended by the entire crew of Kurukshetra along with leading filmmakers like director Joshi, producers Alwyn Antony and Antony Perambavu.

Kurukshetra, a sequel to Keerti Chakra, is based on the director's hazardous experiences of the Kargil war between India and Pakistan between. Released in October 2008, the flick did a huge business and turned out to be a mega hit.
