Bhel Puri Recipe

Ingredients:

• Puffed rice

• Gram flour vermicelli

• ¼ tsp turmeric powder

• ¼ tsp rock salt

• boiled potatoes

• oil

• puris

• 1 tsp tamarind

• 2 tsp sugar

• ½ tsp cumin powder

• ½ tsp coriander powder

Method:

• Heat 1 tsp oil and add rock salt and turmeric powder.

• Add puffed rice and on a very slow fire roast them for 5 minutes.

• Add shev, potatoes, onions, and crushed puries into mix.

• Take dates and cook in microwave oven for 5 minutes.

• Add tamarind paste, sugar, cumin powder, coriander powder.

• Blend to a fine paste in a liquidizer.
