Stuffed Red Chili Pickle Recipe

Ingredients:

• 250 Gms Big Red Chilies

• 5 Tsp Cumin Powder

• Juice of 2 Lemons

• 1 Cup Oil

• 3 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds

• 3 Tsp Red Chili Pepper

• 6 Tsp Aniseed Powder

• 8 Tsp Salt

• 6 Tsp Ground Spices

• 3 Tsp Mustard Powder

Method:

• Remove the stems of the chilies

• Using a hair pin, remove the seeds from the stem side of the chilies.

• Fry fenugreek seeds and grind.

• Mix all the Ingredients: with lemon juice and a little oil.

• Take each chili and fill in the spice.

• Place these chilies in an airtight container.

• Pour the heated and cooled oil over them.

• Shake the jar every 2 or 3 days.

• Serve after 1 month.
