Lady’s Finger Pickle

Ingredients:

• 2 Kg Ladies Fingers

• 1 Cup Lemon Juice

• 4 Tsp Salt

• 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder

• 1/4 Tsp Asafetida

• 2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

• 4 Tsp Oil

• 2 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds

• 3 Tsp Red Chili Pepper

• 2 Tsp Mustard Powder

• 2 Curry Leaves

Method:

• Remove the ends of each Ladies finger and slit on one side.

• Mix all the ground spices with salt and little lemon juice.

• Take each Ladies finger and fill the spices through the slit.

• Heat the oil and fry curry leaves.

• Add Ladies fingers and the rest of the lemon juice.

• Boil the stuff for 10 mins.
