Barfi Recipe

Ingredients:
•  4 Cups Milk
•  1 Cup Grated Coconut
•  1 Cup Sugar
•  Cardamom Powder
•  Pistachio Nuts
•  Almonds

Method:
•  Boil the milk to the boiling point.
•  In low flame, keep stirring the milk until it has a porridge-like consistency.
•  Add grated coconut, sugar, stir well.
•  Add cardamom, pistachios and almonds.
•  Pour into a greased pan and cool.
•  Cut into the shape of diamonds to serve.
