Recipes India - Radish Chutney Recipe

Radish Chutney Recipe Ingredients: • 2 Cups Grated White Radish • 1 Cup Grated Fresh Coconut • 5 Green Chillies • 2 Tsp Cooking Oil • ½ Tsp Mustard Seeds • 1 Sprig Curry Leaves • 4 Garlic Flakes • 8 Peppercorns • 1 Small Piece Ginger • 1 Tsp Tamarind Pulp • Salt to Taste Method: • Grind coconut, tamarind, peppercorns, green chillies and ginger into a paste. • Add garlic, salt to taste and the grated radish and grind again for 2-3 secs. • Heat oil and add mustard seeds. Season the chutney with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
