Symphony Services appoints Pradeep Chaudhry as CFO

New Delhi, Nov 13 : Symphony Services Corp, a global company specialising in software product engineering outsourcing services, has announced the appointment of Mr Pradeep Chaudhry as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

In this position, Mr Chaudhry will oversee all financial operations, focusing on capital structure, budgeting, financial reporting and managing communication with the investor community, a company statement said yesterday.

He will be based in Bangalore and report to company's President and Chief Executive Officer Gordon Brooks.

Mr Chaudhry brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the field of Corporate Finance with expertise in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, planning, pricing accounting, capital raising, tax and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining Symphony Services, he had served as Chief Financial Officer at ISGN, Cambridge Solutions Ltd and Ind-Telesoft.
