JBM targets more than Rupees 3K crore revenues in FY10; to set up 2 plants
New Delhi, Nov 4 : Auto component manufacturer JBM group today said it targets to earn more than Rupees 3,000 crore revenues during the current fiscal and plans to set up two manufacturing facilities one each in Gujarat and Karnataka for the Tata Nano and Toyata Kirloskar Motors respectively.
''We will set up two new facilites one in Sanand in Gujarat for the Tata Nano, while the other one will come up in Bangalore to for Toyata Kirloskar motors ''Last year, we had a turnover of Rs 2,700 crore and this year we are very much on track to cross the Rs 3,000 mark,'' company Executive Director Nishant Arya told reporters here.
The company, which currently operates 28 plants spread across 11 locations in the country, will also set up two new facilities.
''We will set up two new facilites one in Sanand in Gujarat for the Tata Nano, while the other one will come up in Bangalore to for Toyata Kirloskar Motors,'' he said.
The company today also announced its partnership with French firm Dassault Systems to deploy large scale technology across JBM group's business units.
