Bandit king: Varun turns daako Robinhood
Varun Khandelwal aka Deepu of Jyoti is all set to make an entry in Star Plus Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai.
The actor will be seen in a new avatar as he essays the role of a dacoit in the show.
“Ambika Bhavani Singh is the name of his character in the show and the people in that area is very scared of him. He is playing grey shade, a bad guy but with a golden heart,” chirps the source from the sets.
Talking more about the actor, our khabroo adds, “The role of Varun is like Robinhood. In other words his thoughts are very different when it comes to rich people as he hates them.”
“Varun has also got a different look like that of a mera gaon mera desh. The only important difference that the audience will see is his eyes. It has been given a diverse shade which makes him look more dacoit,” our source utters.
The team is having lots of masti on the sets too. “We all enjoy ourselves a lot, especially during the break. Varun is a nice guy to work with as he makes the environment very light,” concludes the source.
We tried calling Varun but all our efforts went in vain.
