Gandhi was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here for check-up after she complained of chest pain on Aug 26.
She left the Parliament at around 8:15 pm on Aug 26 before an important voting on the Food Security Bill in the Lok Sabha.
According to the doctors treating her, she was initially admitted to the Cardio-Neuro centre and later shifted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as a precautionary measure.
Doctors said all required tests were conducted on her and nothing worrisome was found.
She left for home in her own car at 1:30 am on Aug 27.
The 66-year-old Italian-born widow of assassinated former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi had spent six weeks in the U.S. for surgery for an undisclosed ailment in 2011.
She went for check-ups there in September 2012 and February 2013.
