Kelly Osbourne banned from spoiling niece

Singer Kelly Osbourne has been pampering her little niece with presents, but her brother has asked her to be careful.
Pearl is the 9-month-old daughter of Kelly's brother Jack and his wife Lisa.
"I promised Jack I wouldn't spoil her. So I have to run everything past him. We'll see how long that lasts," contactmusic.com quoted Kelly as saying.
