Former Haryana Minister and District Congress Committee Rural Ambala president Nirmal Singh while welcoming the landslide victory of the BJP in Lok Sabha elections stated that the results showed that the process to the end blackmailing by the regional parties in the politics have started.


He said politics of 2-party system had started under which regional parties would be marginalized. He said that the electorate through this verdict had shown maturity by rejecting the regional parties.

Welcoming the verdict given by the voters in favour of Bhartiya Janata Party in parliamentary election, he hoped that the party would come up to the expectations of the people and would fulfil the promises made to them.

He said Prime Minister designate Narinder Modi and BJP leaders should perform to the satisfaction of the people. He further said that national party had come to power with absolute majority after a long period of 30 years.

He said that national governments during this period were functioning in alliance with the regional parties which always put hurdles to take decisions in the of national interest and important decisions almost jeopardized.
