Andhra Pradesh actors Chiru and Pawan fight out politics on Karnataka soil
In a true Tollywood style , the political battle of Mega Brothers - Telugu actor Pawan Kalyan and his brother and Union Minister Chiranjeevi is all set to make waves and also catch the attention of Kapu settlers and their fans in border districts of Karnataka - Kolar, Raichur and Gulbarga.
In what is described as a battle of brothers the actors Pawan Kalyan is flaunting his new political philosophy, his fancy and admiration for BJP and the Narendra Modi in more than one way .
He is battling his allergy and dislike for the Congress touted by his brother on Karnataka soil .
He visited the district of Kolar where 24 hours earlier his brother and union minister Chiranjeevi had touched base , perhaps with the same crowd of fans and Kapu settlers at Chikballapur where Union Minister Veeappa Moily was contesting for Parliament.
In fact Chiranjeevi had earlier condemned Pawan Kalyan's fancy for BJP and support to Mr Modi.
Addressing meetings organized by the state BJP in border districts the super star Pawan Kalyan hailed Mr Modi as the ' savior of Indian democracy who alone could ensure that country would be saved from terrorism, corruption and scams of congress.'
He addressed three meetings in all at Kolar , Raichur and Gudimitkal( near Gulbarga) .
Apart from visiting the places where his older brother had campaigned for the Congress a day earlier, Pawan is also scheduled to campaign in the Kolar, Gulbarga and Raichur LS constituencies.
Hailing Modi as the only solution to end communal tensions Pawan Kalyan had declared that Modi was more humane and grassroots politician who spared no effort in his entire life to fight the enemies of Indian democracy.
Chiranjeevi had made it clear that he was a soldier of Congress and that whoever criticised Congress (including his brother Pawan ) was his enemy.
Chiranjeevi spoke in Telugu as most of the settlers in border districts were well versed in Telugu and also avid Telugu and Chiru and Pawan fans .
Chiranjeevi has been maintaining that Pawvan had did wrong in going over to BJP and also praising a communal element like Mr Modi.
Similarly Pawan has also made his displeasure to Chiranjeevi for joining Congress .
'I had opposed merger of Praja Rajyam with Congress," Pawan had said at his first political meeting in Hyderabad .
So both the actor brothers are settling their political scores today on Karnataka soil where too they have a sizable fan following in all border districts besides Bangalore .
