S M Krishna to blow his 'panchajanya' for Cong in Karnataka LS polls
Veteran Congress leader S M Krishna, who has been lying low after quitting as External Affairs Minister in 2012, will plunge into election humdrum in Karnataka, after being goaded by the high command, from tomorrow.
Party sources said the veteran leader will start his rounds to appease the voters in the tech hub of Bangalore tomorrow and then visit other districts in the days to come, before the April 17 Lok Sabha polling in the state.
Later, he will come to his home district of Mandya, where Congress is facing faction feud that has threatened the prospects of the re-election of actor-turned-politician Ramya, the youngest parliamentarian in the country now. MORE
