Sharad Pawar dissolves NCP's Bihar unit

Patna, Mar 6 : Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) supremo Sharad Pawar on Thursday dissolved the Bihar unit of his party after Nagmani resigned as the unit president.
According to reports, Nagmani was in touch with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the past two-and-a-half months for two seats in Bihar and Jharkhand in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
He was also full of praises for BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.
"I conveyed to the BJP leaders that I want to contest the Lok Sabha polls from their party. I will leave no stone unturned to make sure that Modi becomes the Prime Minister of this country," Nagmani told reporters.
