Love this recognition for Praveen Kumar! The man who jumped from disability to being world No. 1. Such an inspiration for all youth. India's Paralympic heroes deserve more spotlight, this is a good step.

As someone who loves Indian folk music, I am thrilled Taga Ram Bheel is being honoured. The Algoza is like nothing else - two flutes played together creating such hauntingly beautiful melodies. Can't wait to see him perform if he comes to my city next.

Good to see the Padma list finally including more regional artists. But I wish they would also honour people from fields like social work or science more. These awards sometimes seem too arts and sports dominated. Still, happy for Bheel ji and Praveen Kumar. 😊

Both deserving recipients! Taga Ram Bheel from my state Rajasthan - the man has performed in over 20 countries taking Algoza to world stage. And Praveen Kumar's story of training in a small town and breaking Asian records is pure gold. Jai Hind! 🇮🇳

A small but significant step - recognising grassroots culture and para-sports. I just hope this isn't a one-off. India has countless unsung folk artists and athletes with disabilities who need institutional support, not just awards. Let the government create proper platforms for them.
