Glad no damage or injuries reported. 🙏 The Narmada basin area does have these small tremors sometimes. The authorities handled the information well, asking people not to panic. Quick updates from NCS are very reassuring.

Felt it in Mohipura! It was just a gentle shake for a minute or two. My family immediately went outside. Better safe than sorry. Respect to the district officials for their calm message.

While it's good nothing serious happened, this is a wake-up call. How many residential buildings in these towns are actually earthquake-resistant? The government should run more awareness campaigns on safety protocols. Just saying "stay calm" isn't enough preparation.

Interesting to read about the specific geographical data. 10 km depth, 21 km SW of Barwani. The science behind tracking these is impressive. Hope the monitoring continues to keep people safe.

Bhai, main Barwani se hoon. Sab theek hai, koi dar wali baat nahi thi. Bas thoda sa hilna tha. Log bahar nikal aaye the, phir wapas ghar chale gaye. Aise chhote quakes to yahan aate rehte hain.
