Dil Raju to encourage new talent
Successful producer and distributor Dil Raju announced that he had had decided to encourage not only new artistes but also new technicians during 2009.
He says, 'The outgoing year 2008 shared its happiness with us. We launched our banner in 2003 with 'Dil'. In the last six years we released seven films and all of them were hits. The audiences have high expectations when a film is coming out from our banner. Moreover 2008 is something special for us. Two films that were produced under our banner, 'Parugu' and 'Kotha Bangaru Lokam' proved to be hits. In addition, the other films which we distributed through our hands like 'Yuvatha, Vinayakudu and Ullasamgaa Utsahamgaa' too proved successful. Our latest release 'Kotha Bangaru Lokam' is nearing 100 days. We are planning to hold the 100 days function of both our hits in January. We also have plans to release the Telugu version of 'Akasamantaa…' in March. Of course, a part of the film is yet to be re-shot. We will complete the balance work soon and release the film in March. Even Naga Chaitanya's film would also be released in summer this year from our banner. Dasarath's story was also finalized, while Vamsi and Srivatsav have also been also signed to work with us.
