Bhopal, Dec 1 : With upper air cycer built over the Arabian Sea heading towards Gujarat and Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh today experienced change in weather with clouds enveloping the sky, unseasonal rainfall occurring at some places and intensity of cold increasing.
Jhabua received heavy rains from 0600 hrs to 0830 hrs.
Approximate precipitation of 25 mm was recorded and intensity of cold increased.
The state capital witnessed cloudy day and drizzle. Maximum and minimum temperatures of 27.4 and 15.6 degrees Celsius was recorded.
Drizzle was reported in Shajapur and Ratlam.
Regional Meteorological Department said minimum temperature hovered around 14-17 degrees while maximum temperature was between 24-27 degrees.
