It's not unknown that Arjun Rampal and SRK have become close buddies ever since 'Don' and 'Om Shanti Om' happened. In fact the friendship has become the talk of the town.

Arjun has been over heard giving diet tips to Khan on the sets like he having only grilled chicken and fish along with veggies and going easy on carbs after 6 pm.
