'Nach Baliye 4' contestants to take to air, literally!

Mumbai, Oct 14: In order to keep viewer interest alive, participants of the fourth season of dance reality show Nach Baliye will shake a leg on a Jet Airways aircraft in Mumbai.

On Thursday, all the 12 dancing pairs will present a preview of one of the show's forthcoming episodes on the Jet Airways flight.

"With a view to keep the excitement of the show intact, we will take the contestants 10,000 feet up on air and let them dance the grandest way," said Uday Shankar, CEO of STAR India.

The couples include Kapil Nirmal-Anjali Abrol of "Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat" fame, comedian Jaspal Bhatti and his wife Savita, actors Naman Shaw-Megha Gupta, actor Karanvir Bohra with wife Teejay Sidhu, singer Abhijeet Sawant with wife Shilpa, actors Mouli Ganguly-Mazher Syed and Shaleen Bhanot-Daljeet Kaur.

Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal, who created waves with his performance in “Rock On”, will be seen as one of the judges of the popular dance reality TV show. Accompanying him would be actress Karisma Kapoor and choreographer-director Farah Khan.

"With every passing season, 'Nach Baliye' has endeared itself to the viewers with new, fresh elements. This season, the show has put on additional stature. With a refreshing line of jodis and interesting format variations, the show has added new dimension to entertainment. Dancing in the air will surely add more to it," said Shankar.

The show is being produced by Wizcraft and it had its curtainraiser show on Oct 10 on STAR Plus.
