Beetroot Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 Beetroots

• 2 Tsp Basamati Rice

• 2 Tbsp Butter

• 2 To 3 Cups Water

• Salt

• Pepper

Method:

• Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes.

• Peel the outer skin of beetroots and grate them.

• Mix butter, basmati rice and grated beetroot.

• Cook the mixture till it rice grains are soft.

• Now add pepper and salt.
