Tomato Sweet Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 Kg Tomatoes

• 250 Gms Sugar

• ¾ Tsp Cardamom Powder

• 60 Gms Raisins

• 1 Cup Vinegar

• 10 Almonds

Method:

• Boil the whole tomatoes in water for 5 minutes.

• Drain the water, wipe and remove the outer skins.

• Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and cook.

• Add vinegar, sugar, raisins and crushed cardamoms.

• Cook for 10 minutes and allow it to cool.

• Place it an airtight jar.
