Mint Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 Bunch Mint Leaves

• 1 Small Onion

• 2 Cloves Garlic

• 2 Tsp Oil

• 1 Small Piece Ginger

• 5 Green Chilies

• 1 Cup Shredded Coconut

• 2-3 Tsp Lemon Juice

• 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds

• 1 Tsp Urad Dhal

• 1 Tsp Channa Dal

• Salt to Taste

 

Method:

• Fry all the Ingredients: in heated oil, one after another.

• Grind them into a paste using little water.
