Can't stay Maya statue installation: Supreme Court
New Delhi, July 10 : The Supreme Court Friday refused to stay installation of BSP supremo and Utter Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati's statue in Noida, saying it can't intervene unless government fund is misused.
According to CNN-IBN, the Supreme Court said it cannot intervene in such matters until and unless a case of misappropriation of fund is made.
A PIL was filed by advocate Ravi Kant seeking a stay on installation of statue of Mayawati and other Dalit leaders in Noida.
