Minacs and Aditya Birla Financial Services ink outsourcing deal
New Delhi, Nov 6 : Aditya Birla Minacs, a business solutions company (subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo), today announced signing of an outsourcing services deal with the Aditya Birla Financial Services Group (ABFSG), to provide customer care, back office support, and finance and accounting services.
As per the deal, Minacs will provide inbound, outbound and e-mail customer care support to both, the insurance and mutual funds businesses of the ABFSG, a company statement said.
The back office support provided will cover the processing of various types of customer service requests on existing policies, it added.
Minacs will also offer finance and accounting services encompassing expense reimbursement, accounts payable and bank reconciliations to speed up the process of issuing policies to customers on time, the statement said.
However, no financial details of the deal were divulged.
