Rupee declines by nine paise to 47.15 against US Dollar
Mumbai, Nov 5 : The rupee today depreciated by nine paise to 47.15 against US Dollar, compared with its previous close of 47.06, on sustained buying support from bankers, traders at the interbank foreign exchange (Forex) said here.
The domestic unit eased in early trade after yesterday's high, owing to negative trend in regional share markets.
Yersterday, the rupee had ended at 47.06, up by 34 paise.
The partially-convertible rupee recorded the high and low at 47.19 and 47.15 per USD respectively in the intra-day trade.
