Topsgrup, Securegate to enter JV
Mumbai, Nov 3 : Leading Indian security solution providers Topsgrup and Israel-based global safety process' developer Securegate have announced a joint venture -- Tops Securegate.
Topsgrup will be the majority partner in the joint venture with 51 per cent stakes, while both the partners will make equal investment, Tops Security Managing Director Ramesh Iyer told newsmen here today.
With this move, Topsgrup will inter an Rs 92l billion niche market with a long-ranging five-year business plan, he said.
The JV is expected to yield a turnover of Rs 7,050 million over the five-year period. He said the new Company will leverage the infrastructure of Topsgrup in India and as and when required super specialist form Israel will join the team.
In due course of time a specialised high-end training centre will also be set up, Mr Iyer said.
The JV, on the other hand, will leverage Securegate's unique TVRA threat identification, vulnerability evaluation and risk analysis methodology along with a proprietary intelligence mapping system to identify the real threat and loop holes in protecting assets infrastructures and sites.
The JV will provide tailor-made solutions including consultancy and advice, security audits risk assessment, security training to corporate sector and security training to various entities of government.
