Western Railway to run special train to Hardwar on Oct 21
Ahmedabad, Oct 18 : The Western Railway (WR) has decided to run a special train to Hardwar from here on October 21, to clear the extra rush of passengers during the festive season.
Accordingly, train No 0979 Ahmedabad-Hardwar Special will leave Ahmedabad at 1615 hrs on Wednesday and reach Hardwar at 1600 hrs on October 22.
On its return journey, train No 0980 Hardwar-Ahmedabad Special will leave Hardwar at 2030 hrs on Thursday and reach Ahmedabad at 2030 hrs on October 23.
This train will stop at Mehasana, Palanpur, Abu Road, Falna, Marwar Jn, Ajmer, Jaipur, Alwar, Delhi Cantt, Gaziabad, Meerut City, Muzaffar Nagar and Rurkee in both the directions.
It will have first AC, second and third AC, sleeper and second class general coaches. The booking of this train will be available at all computerised reservation counters.
