October 11, 2010 : Malayalam actor Dileep has signed a new movie tentatively titled Marykkundoru Kunjadu, in which he will play a very innocent guy and, thus, will be nicknamed as 'Kunjadu' by the villagers.

The actor has recently given a hit movie titled Pappy Appacha, which starred Kavya Madhavan in an important role.

The onscreen name of his character will be 'Solomon'. His character is that of a very sincere naive young man, who is popular for his simplistic ways. Solomon falls in love with a girl called Mary, which is played by actress Bhavana.

Benny P Nayarambalam, who has been associated with almost all the recent hit films of Shafi, is the script writer of this movie. The shooting of the movie has already started at Thodupuzha. The movie is produced by P Rajan under the banner of Vysakh Cinema.

The other actors like Biju Menon, Jagathy Sreekumar, Vinaya Prasad, Salim Kumar, Kochupreman and Appa Haja are playing important roles in this film.
