Kate Middleton's wedding shoes to depict springtime

London, March 1 : Legendary footwear designer Manolo Blahnik wants Kate Middleton's wedding shoes to represent "springtime".

Middleton will marry Prince William April 29 at London's Westminster Abbey and Blahnik is keen for the future queen's footwear to be quite classic, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"An ivory silk pump with organza lilies of the valley and sea pearls. It represents springtime and everything fresh and new, which is what Kate Middleton is all about," he said.

There has been much speculation as to what Middleton will wear on her big day ever since their engagement was announced last November, but she is keen on keeping everything a secret as she wants to surprise William. (IANS)
