Additional Sessions Judge Rajender Kumar Shastri allowed the bail pleas of Surender Bali, 40, and Naresh Mishra, 60.
Granting bail to the two, the court took note of the post-mortem report of Sarna which said the victim's injuries were self-inflicted.
Bali and Mishra were working as guards at the South Park Apartments in Kalkaji in south Delhi where Sarna died. Both have been booked for assaulting Sarna and were in judicial custody since Sep 14, a day after the student was found dead.
The court in its order said: "Investigating Officer present in court admits he has seen the CCTV footage which shows the victim ... banging his head against a wall as well as with the iron gate at the (housing) society."
"Keeping in view the facts mentioned above and also that the applicants (Bali and Mishra) are in judicial custody since Sep 14, both are (to be given) bail on their furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000 each with one surety of the like amount," it added.
It further said that "according to the post-mortem report, cause of death of Sarna has been opined as being shock and haemorrhage due to multiple ante-mortem head injuries, caused by blunt weapons/force".
The court also granted bail to Sarna's friends -- Shivang Ganbhir, Madhav Bhandari, Rhythm Girhotra and Pranil Shah -- who all were partying together on the night of the incident.
Sarna, who completed his high school from New York, was to return to Canada for further studies but died after a drug party on Sep 13 night organised at Shah's flat in the apartments.
Police said the party attended by Sarna lasted till midnight after which he was allegedly thrashed by the guards for creating a ruckus in the complex. Around 2 a.m., Sarna was found bleeding at the apartment complex. He died later in hospital.
Police have booked the two guards posted at the apartments for assaulting Sarna, while his four friends have been booked for drug abuse.
Investigators said Anmol and his friends, all in their early 20s, consumed psychedelic drug LSD in Shah's bedroom
