Virgin Atlantic launches live comedy, music on domestic flights

Washington, August 10 : Virgin's Atlantic has launched in-flight live music and improv comedy in their domestic flights.

Little Red, Virgin Atlantic's domestic carrier for the UK, is planning to have musicians and comedians to play at 30,000 feet on flights to Edinburgh or Manchester.

The new London-based airline, launched on March 31 this year, will have the lineup called Little Red LIVE that will feature comedy in August and acoustic music in September, CNN reported.

Performers from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival will also be included in the lineup.

The airline said in a statement that acts are going to be announced soon through Virgin Atlantic's Facebook and Twitter channels.

The statement added that the flight details are going to remain a secret, which will make this a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
